Some of you might have seen or heard of a movie called Project X, personally I have not seen it and will not see it. Basically three high school seniors want to throw a party of the century, they get their wish until the word of their party spreads. Things get out of control and its chaos, but this is just a movie and its a comedy.
Well now for the news, this takes place in a small Dutch town called Haren. A schoolgirl decided to send out a Facebook invitation to her "sweet" sixteen birthday party, but she failed to make said invitation private. The party was supposed to be a small one, but since the invitation wasn't private it went viral. Things started to get out of hand as people just kept showing up, eventually amounting to several thousands. Things got so bad that 600 riot officers were called in to get the situation under control, dozen's were arrested and there was damage done to the small town of Haren. The young sixteen year old had to be evacuated from her home, according to reports.
Now I get to give you my opinion on this, what the fuck was wrong with this stupid kid. Okay okay I know she couldn't have know something like this would happen, but still what the fuck. How fucking stupid do you have to be, learn to use your freaking Facebook. That's not so hard, there are webpages that teach you that, there are videos on YouTube that tell you how to use Facebook. Is she going to bare any responsibility for this riot she caused, of course she won't. Nobody can legally blame her, but they will fucking blame her none the less. Who will the shop owners go to who got vandalized and looted, or the car owners that had their cars destroyed. I guess insurance will pay them, but all this shit cause of her. I just can't stand this sort of shit, simple stupidity caused so much damage.
